Jean-Luc FALLET will take you on a tour of his facilities, which he will tell you all about, because he is in charge of most of the work involved in the development of his structures. He perpetuates the tradition with the greatest respect for the terroir, constantly improving the quality of his wines.
By applying the principles of sustainable agriculture, he practices the grassing of the rows, the work of the ground and respects the fauna and the flora by using only the intrants approved by the competent authorities. The different vintages that you can find today, are elaborated by himself with the help of an oenologist.
It is with great pleasure that he will receive you on his farm to taste them and to discover more about the culture of the vine and the elaboration of this superb beverage, called "Champagne". A beautiful meeting for sure!
