Nestled in the heart of the Landes d'Armagnac, in the shade of the oaks, the small farm of Barole has seen several generations of gourmet farmers who have in turn raised their poultry and improved their ancestral recipes. You can find these products in the village shop, the market or in the regional products section of the Petit Casino in Roquefort. Fabrice declines the fattened duck in multiple forms: fresh, foie gras, preserves (confits, stuffed necks, aiguillettes, rillettes, pâtés), cooked (duck axoa, tagines, stews) and gourmet baskets.
