Frac-Artothèque Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Frac-Artothèque Nouvelle-Aquitaine is a public institution dedicated to the dissemination of contemporary art. Focussing on exchanges between artists and the public, Frac-Artothèque organizes exhibitions, cultural activities (tours, workshops, art history courses, readings, lectures, etc.) and develops numerous partnerships with other cultural structures (museums, theaters, etc.), as well as with local authorities. Historically located within the perimeter of the former Limousin region, the Frac-Artothèque?s scope of action has been extended since 2017 to the territory of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. An association under the law of 1901, the Frac-Artothèque is funded by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region and the State (Ministère de la Culture ? DRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine). A new building will house the Frac-Artothèque at 17 bis rue Charles Michels in Limoges in 2024!
