In 1979, Bernard Caffet, Pascal's father, made his dream come true by opening his chocolate factory in Troyes.
Very quickly in 1986 Pascal Caffet took over the family business and integrated his pastry creations alongside the chocolate collection. Everything followed one after the other, One of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Pâtissier in 1989 then World Champion in the dessert trade in 1995. The network of boutiques took off in Troyes with the opening of two other boutiques, followed by the opening of international boutiques in Tokyo (Japan) and Turin (Italy). The year 2011 marks a pivotal year in the development of the network of boutiques with the unique concept of a chocolate and pastry maker.

Today, chocolate lovers are welcomed in 14 boutiques, three of which are international, as well as on the online boutique open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.boutique.pascal-caffet.com.

The Maison Pascal Caffet is also an exceptional universe thanks to the three great chefs, Pascal Caffet, Alexandre Gyé Jacquot, Meilleur Ouvrier de France chocolate confectioner and production manager and Mathieu Blandin, World Pastry Champion, pastry chef; to our homemade praliné à l'ancienne Sans Doute Les Meilleurs pralinés du monde® and to other unique recipes such as macatartes® and chocotartiné®, chocopraliné®.

In October 2014, Pascal Caffet was awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label in recognition of our know-how, our desire to pass it on and our constant innovation.
