Located in a natural setting of 11 hectares, the museum traces the life and work of our ancestors in the forest. - Inside a reception building, entirely made of wood, on stilts, discover 7 fully automated museography rooms with different themes. -Outside, along an 800 meter long forest trail, commented by an audio guide in 2 languages, 35 representations with wooden characters giving life to forest activities. A collection of more than 4600 tools and machines. Possibility to picnic (free) in the forest. Animals accepted. Free for children under 5 years old. All these activities are carried out in a secure leisure area in the outdoor part of the Forest Museum. Schedule: Open from Tuesday to Sunday from April to October from 10 am to 6 pm (without interruption). Closed on Monday.
