Here, the wood is transformed into musical notes. Balkan maple, Jura or Dolomite spruce, certified ebony, etc. each has its own sound. At the heart of his workshop in Veymerange, Alain Stella works them by hand with dexterity and patience. Violin making is a profession of passion where you can't count the hours. Everything starts from a mould, then a curve is formed, the hands sand down and assemble the elements, a first string is fixed and here is a violin which takes shape little by little under our astonished eyes. It is a true artistic dance that is practiced to give life to the instrument.
