Private bathroom. Kitchenette with crockery, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hob and extractor hood. Very large garden of over 4500m². Parking in farmyard. Bicycle storage in enclosed barn. Petanque court, swing and small tree climbing course for children. Restaurant 1 km. Mountain bike hire. Freeway exit: A6 Avallon or Bierre-les-Semur 12 km away.
