It is thought to have come from the 10th-century chapel on the summit of Puy de Gaudy. It features ornamental Christian sculptures: a serpent (hell), a fish (Christian symbol), two chalices of different sizes (blood of Christ), a heart (love), a Latin cross (good thief), a trefoil cross (evil thief).
The site features a fountain, whose source has been diverted due to lack of use, a rectangular washhouse with a paved floor, and a granite trough with a hole for tying up animals while they drink.
