In the heart of the Basque Country, in Ossès, a land of traditions and gastronomic treasures, the Laia chocolate factory is one of the last artisanal chocolate factories still working the cocoa bean, mastering every stage of its transformation into chocolate. Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port is Laia?s third store (Baigorri).
Exceptional chocolate is the result of a series of controlled manufacturing steps. Changing the parameters of any one of these stages has an impact on the final result. Through the choice of raw materials, the rate of incorporation of ingredients, the search for new recipes and the optimization of manufacturing process parameters, we strive to create new chocolate experiences for you.
