Les Salaisons Gorin is located on the road to the Vallée d'Aspe, between Oloron Sainte-Marie and the Col du Somport, close to the Pyrenees National Park, in the heart of the village of Gurmençon. This family-run delicatessen offers a wide choice of products: pork and duck preserves, cured meats, marinated and vacuum-packed fresh meat, Espelette pepper sausages, ready-cooked dishes: axoa, double fat, braised pork cheek? Speciality: persillé (pork cheek head pâté). A selection of regional products: wine, honey, jam, cheese from local producers. Saturday: rotisserie. For your family or business functions, Les Salaisons Gorin offers a cocktail and catering service.
