Founded in 1848, and under the impetus of the Dolfi family, who took it over in 2000 to perpetuate its history, Buissière conceals an incredible range of delicacies that the House makes itself in its workshops: chocolate bonbons, pralines, spreads, confectionery, fruit jellies, ice creams, macaroons, cakes?
We attach particular importance to respect for tradition and the selection of raw materials. All stages of chocolate production are carried out in-house to guarantee the consistency, taste and excellence of our products. We master the transformation of cocoa into chocolate, and the transformation of dried fruit into praline.
