Facing the ocean, this beautiful, comfortable 4-star house is ideal for vacations with family or friends. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The house is located between Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Guéthary, facing the beaches of Cenitz and Mayarco.
It has a large sheltered terrace, with a gas plancha and a large table for outdoor dining. It also has a sunbathing area and a small garden. Inside, you'll enjoy a lovely, fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the large dining area. A sitting area with TV, armchairs and a sofa that doubles as a bed. One bedroom, with bathroom and toilet, is located on the living room level on the ground floor, making it very accessible. Upstairs, the other 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom and toilet, and ocean views. With private, protected parking. Pets allowed.
