Promenade laid out in 1995 according to landscape architect Gilles Clément's "Jardin en Mouvement" concept. This practice advocates conserving the species that decided their location: "Do as much as possible with, as little as possible against". The Jardin en Mouvement takes its name from the physical movement of plant species, which the gardener interprets as he sees fit. Flowers sprouting in a passageway confront the gardener with the choice of whether to keep the passageway or the flowers.
Situated between the Vienne river and the Département N°32 road, the flower meadows extend over almost 5 hectares.
