A restaurant in the heart of the brewers' city
The Michel Debus Brewery has been integrated into the only remaining vestige of the former Adelshoffen brewery, the Villa Weber (19th century half-timbered house).
Jade Debus and Maël Perez built their restaurant on a historical place of their family: where the "Adelscott" was born!
The Brasserie, inspired by the copper brewing vats, offers a traditional cuisine revisited with flambéed tarts and exceptional meats cooked in a wood-fired oven. It revives the tradition of the Bierstub and the Stammtisch, where the beer perfectly accompanies the gastronomy.
The entrance to the restaurant, overlooking the STORIG beer factory, is a unique insight into the rhythmic life of the Master Brewer.
