The new church, in neo-gothic style, was solemnly inaugurated on 28 April 1904 by Cardinal Langénieux, Archbishop of Reims. It is important and much larger than the old one. It has luminous stained-glass windows inspired by Art Nouveau. Offered by benefactors, these stained glass windows evoke the lives of Saint-Martin and Saint-Louis and one of them, representing a group of officers, pays homage to the soldiers who sacrificed themselves in the defence of Bazeilles in 1870.
