Cycle paths through the wine regions of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. The cycle path starts in the famous Côte de Nuits wine region. Here we meet mainly vineyards of Pinot Noir (the blue grape of Burgundy) The road passes in front of the famous wine castle Clos du Vougeot and a little further we pass the vineyard that produces the most expensive wine in the world: Romanée Conti. Through some wine villages we gradually enter the Côte de Beaune. The region where we will find mainly white vineyards (Chardonnay). Before going to Beaune by bike, we pass in front of the castle of Savigny-les-Beaune. It is a protected historic castle. From Beaune we cross beautiful villages to Santenay.
