The Green Way of the Plaine Valley is a multi-activity path intended for all non-motorized uses. Although it sometimes follows the path of the former railway, its route often winds along the bottom of the valley, in the immediate vicinity of the La Plaine river. Stretching 27.3 km long, the path crosses the nine municipalities of the Community and serves as a complete communication axis. Lined with rest and parking areas, the path also passes through key locations such as the La Planée farm, the lake of Celles sur Plaine, the Hallière sawmill,... and connects with other tourist sites. The path aims to be a pleasant and family-friendly place for relaxation and walking.
