Gérardmer-Remiremont Cycle Route

Starting from the Gérardmer Tourist Office, walk 50m towards the city center and turn right onto Adolphe Garnier Boulevard. At the roundabout, turn left onto Lucienne Street. At the next roundabout, continue straight on 29ème B.C.P. Street, then continue on Creuse Path to start warming up your calves (a 200m section at 20%).

Then head down towards Bas-Rupts. At the Stop sign, turn right and then head towards Rochesson at the next intersection. A nice descent will allow you to recover before crossing the center of the village. Continue on D23. After a few turns, be careful and turn left towards the Cascade. You will pass near the Saut du Bouchot: a great opportunity to admire the waterfall below the road.

Continue on this gently descending road which will lead you to Vagney. In the village, turn left onto Robert Claudel Street. Go around the roundabout and take the third exit, then turn right onto Michel Collinet Street. At the next roundabout, continue straight towards Nol and follow the greenway for several kilometers.

At Peccavillers, at the intersection, turn left towards Dommartin-lès-Remiremont. Once in the village, turn right onto Pont Street. Continue for about 2 km and then, at the exit of the village, take the greenway that will take you to the Remiremont lake. Take the opportunity to have a little break.

Then take the road back to Remiremont. At the end, turn right onto the street of the 5th and 15th B.C.P. At the roundabout, continue straight then turn left onto Seux Street towards Éloyes. Once past the bakery, turn right onto Relanchatel Street to enter the Fossard massif.

At the place called "Le Frêne," turn left and climb to Tête des Cuveaux. Then descend via the col du Singe. At the bottom of the descent, turn left towards Le Tholy. At the intersection opposite the cheese factory, turn right and then at the roundabout, continue straight on Bouvacôte Road.

A nice climb awaits you towards Haut du Tôt. Once at the top, turn left onto the forest road Chemin du Cellet (sign "Road not cleared"). At the bottom of the descent, upon arriving at Cellet, turn right, and continue on Grande Montagne Path which will lead you to Épinal Road. Turn right then take Cresson Path which will bring you back to the end of Gérardmer lake.

Finish your route by the lake tour road to return to Place des Déportés, in front of the Tourist Office.
