Cycling loop departure Rehaupal

Starting from the village of Rehaupal, cross this peaceful hamlet nestled in the Barba valley. The atmosphere is calm, surrounded by meadows, forests, and traditional houses. (You can also make a stop after your journey at the still-active mill of Rehaupal to bring back some local flour and extend the experience of the region).

Then take the D30 towards Laveline-du-Houx. At Houx, turn right and begin your ascent followed by a short descent down to Herpelmont. In the center of the village, turn right towards Jussarupt and cross the village before continuing on your right for a 5 km ascent to Champdray via the D50.
You reach Champdray, a plateau village perched at 700 m altitude, offering beautiful views of the Vosgian landscapes. If you feel inclined, extend your outing with a short hike to the Spiémont, an ancient Druidic altar reaching 811 m, a true natural lookout point with clear views over the valleys of Vologne, Neuné, and Barba.
Then head towards Rehaupal to complete the route.
The course takes calm and rolling roads, with no major difficulties, ideal for a cycling outing that is accessible, focused on discovery, nature, and simplicity. A pleasant loop to ride serenely in the heart of the Vosges, between charming villages and open landscapes.
