In Poligny, it is often remembered that it is the capital of the county, but this characterful city is also the heir to a rich history and a strong winegrowing tradition. At the northern mouth of the impressive Poligny recess, the walk takes you to discover remnants and secret vineyards with sublime panoramas. You will stroll under the limestone cliff, which is the matrix of the gravel soils that make the specificity of the Polino terroirs. On the wine side, you will successively cross the Monts Martin, Grands Roussots, and Chevraudes terroirs, three different soil entities. On the city side, in the Charcigny district, you will discover the traditional winegrower habitat.
