The route starts with six kilometers along the Tarn on a path that is often shaded. We cross the village of Saint Chély du Tarn as well as the hamlet of Pougnadoires. From there, a climb begins up to Cabrunas, a hamlet of Sauveterre. A trail allows us to catch up with the local GR which we follow until Dignas, from where we begin the descent towards Saint Enimie.
