WWu Round Trip Trois Epis West 76km

Cycling route for the racing bike from Trois Epis.
From Trois-Epis, you start with a slight climb to Collet De Ligne. From there, you ride further downhill to Col de la Schlucht where you turn right and continue descending to the D417. Here starts the upper part (11.5 km) of the climb to Col de la Schlucht on a wide, well-paved road. The slope is not too steep. It is a bit busier here than on the rest of the route.

After Col de la Schlucht, you turn right onto the Route des Crêtes and climb further to a maximum height of 1235 meters. At Col du Calvaire, you descend via D48.2 down to Orbey. Here starts the climb to Labaroche. (Instead of turning left onto the steep climb, you can continue on D11 and D11.1 to Labaroche.)

From Labaroche, you descend towards Ammerschwihr to climb back up to Trois-Epis via D11.8.

You cycle a total of 76 km with quite a few altitude meters on paved, relatively low-traffic roads.
