The 4.5 kilometer walk via our walking GPS first takes us past the Porte de la Craffe. This medieval city gate is photogenic, nestled between some charming little streets.
In the center, we arrive at the city's most famous square, Place de la Carrière. This megalomaniac square and the ugly bombastic buildings were constructed in the 18th century. Now, the square consists of broken asphalt and a few stray trees.
Next, we pass by a dilapidated public zoo that mainly evokes pity.
Place Stanislas is the most beautiful and cozy square in the city.
