With a view of Mont Ventoux from B & B Les Terrasses de Cascavelle, you can truly "surround" the Gorges de la Nesque with a lovely bike ride. This route follows beautiful quiet roads with stunning views of the gorges. Ideal for road bikes and/or e-bikes. Do note that you need to conquer 850 meters of elevation gain, but especially in a "counterclockwise" direction, this day trip is quite achievable. In Sault, enjoying a drink on a terrace with Mont Ventoux in sight is a delight. After about 50 to 55 km, it's a pleasant descent. If you reverse the ride (cycling clockwise), the first kilometers can be quite tough.
