This interesting building from the 15th century was home to a Saccense branch of the noble Ventimiglia family, of Norman origin.
The facade of this building, which has remained almost intact, is particularly remarkable. Admire the elegant Catalan Gothic portal in local stone with carvings, whose center architrave is decorated with a small woman's head and two rosettes on either side. It also has a beautiful window with three casement windows in flamboyant Gothic style.
Striking is the Gothic-Catalan staircase that leads to the ground floor and is located in the courtyard with its characteristic cobblestones.
