The Museum of the Battle of the Bulge Clervaux in the municipality of Clervaux in Clervaux Castle mainly focuses on the Battle of the Bulge, which started in Luxembourg and lasted from December 1944 to January 1945, costing the lives of over 80,000 soldiers.
In addition to Clervaux, the areas around the cities of Bastogne, St. Vith, Rochefort, La Roche, Houffalize, Stavelot, Diekirch, Vianden, and the southern eastern cantons were particularly affected by the military actions.
