The St. Bernardus Church in Kautenbach is strategically located on a hill between the confluence of the Clerve and the Wiltz. The church nave was rebuilt in 1951 after the church was destroyed during the Battle of the Bulge in 1944. Only the neo-Gothic tower of the 19th-century building remains. The rest was rebuilt in a more modern style, which is particularly noticeable in the sleek, dark interior with a hint of pink. Worth mentioning are the stained glass windows from 1952 by the artist Gustave Zanter.
