The Jeltesloot Aqueduct is the aqueduct on the south side of Hommerts and the north side of Koufurderrige in the Dutch province of Friesland, where the N354 and the Jeltesloot intersect. The structure was officially opened for traffic on November 23, 2007.
Originally, the N354 crossed the Jeltesloot via the Jeltesloot Bridge built in the 1960s. This movable bridge, which initially had a navigable height of 1.20 meters, and was replaced in 1989 by a bridge with a navigable height of 3.75 meters, became a bottleneck due to the increasing traffic both on the road and on the water. To ensure a free passage for road and water traffic, the aqueduct was built.
