L'aquedotto Jeltesloot è l'aquedotto sul lato sud di Hommerts e sul lato nord di Koufurderrige, nella provincia olandese di Frisia, dove la N354 e il Jeltesloot si incrociano. L'opera è stata ufficialmente aperta al traffico il 23 novembre 2007.
Originariamente, la N354 attraversava il Jeltesloot tramite il ponte Jeltesloot costruito negli anni '60. Questo ponte mobile, che inizialmente aveva un'altezza di passaggio di 1,20 metri e fu sostituito nel 1989 con un ponte con un'altezza di passaggio di 3,75 metri, creò un collo di bottiglia a causa dell'aumento sia del traffico stradale che di quello fluviale. Per garantire un passaggio libero per il traffico stradale e acquatico, è stato costruito l'aquedotto.
