El Acueducto Jeltesloot es el acueducto en el lado sur de Hommerts y el lado norte de Koufurderrige en la provincia neerlandesa de Frisia, donde la N354 y el Jeltesloot se cruzan. La construcción se abrió oficialmente al tráfico el 23 de noviembre de 2007.
Originalmente, la N354 cruzaba el Jeltesloot a través del puente Jeltesloot construido en los años 60. Este puente móvil, que inicialmente tenía una altura de paso de 1,20 metros, y que fue reemplazado en 1989 por un puente con una altura de paso de 3,75 metros, se convirtió en un cuello de botella debido al aumento tanto del tráfico por carretera como del tráfico fluvial. Para lograr un paso libre para el tráfico terrestre y acuático, se construyó el acueducto.
