Turbulence Entrance was made in 2004 by Bert Meinen. The statue was made at the last minute to mark the entrance to the new Kulturhus. It was unveiled by Princess Margriet and stands on the Kroonplein in front of the Kulturhus. The Kulturhus, space where all kinds of cultural activities take place such as: library, club for the elderly, hobby clubs, space for the youth. The Bridge Church was built in 2002 and opened and inaugurated on October 26, 2003. On the high flat roof of the church above the church hall you will see four skylights, they connect the church hall with light, fire, air and earth through their inner color. On the right you will see Klein Statum at no. 3. This is where one of the directors of the sugar factory lived.
