The Sevink Mill is a round stone belt flour mill. Initially, this mill was called 'De Zorg', but soon the name Sevink Molen was created, after the former owner of the land on which the mill was built.
The Sevink Mill was built in 1866/1867 and was in operation until 1928. In that year, the sails blew off. In 1930 the tail and part of the interior were removed.
The mill was restored in 2000, after more than 70 years of existence as a dismantled hull with hood, and has been in use again since 2001. The mill now runs on a voluntary basis and is the eye-catcher of Recreation Park Sevink Molen.
