The Sint-Agatha Church is an 18th-century church building in the South Limburg village of Eys in the Dutch municipality of Gulpen-Wittem. The Roman Catholic parish church is dedicated to Saint Agatha. The baroque church building is a national monument and an example of Liège-Aken baroque.
The church is located at the intersection of the road from Simpelveld to Partij-Wittem and the road to Ubachsberg. The building is situated in the oldest part of the village, at the foot of the Boerenberg, where the motte castle Eys once stood. The church building is on a church hill surrounded by a brick wall.
