Noorderheide is an estate with a large villa from the 1930s, located at Elspeterbosweg 179 in Vierhouten. It is named after the heathland that lies on the estate.
The Van Beuningen family bought the heath north of the Elspeterbos from the municipality of Ermelo in 1920. The Noorderheide villa was built between 1938 and 1941 on behalf of the Rotterdam port baron D.G. van Beuningen. He had the villa designed by architect F.A. Eschauzier.
