The Plateaux-Hageven is an international nature reserve of the Dutch Society for Nature Conservation and the Flemish Nature Point in Nature Border Park De Groote Heide. Of this area, more than 350 ha is located in the Dutch municipalities of Bergeijk and Valkenswaard and over 150 ha in the Belgian municipalities of Neerpelt and Lommel.
