The Ottersluis is a lock with pointed gates between the Nieuwe Merwede at kilometre 970.4 and the Otterkanaal. The lock is located in the municipality of Dordrecht, in the Dutch province of South Holland. The waterway is CEMT class 0.
The length of the chamber is 39 m and the width is 7 m. The gully is much wider, but the width is limited by the inhibition. There is a roller footbridge over the gully next to the outside doors. Height in closed position NAP +2.70 m. The lowest threshold depth is NAP -2.20 m on both sides. In case of a drop of more than 2 meters, no artillery is used.
