In the inn we love pure and honest food without frills! All tastefully and traditionally prepared with the most beautiful products from the region. Preferably organic and with ingredients that the season has to offer. Because why would you get something from far away when we have the tastiest ingredients locally?
We get herbs from our own herb garden and vegetables come from the region. Just like in the distant past, we wake up vegetables and make compote from fresh fruit. Meat, fish and poultry come from the organic farm shop. That is sustainable, a lot healthier and you can taste it!
