The Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church was a Roman Catholic church on Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat in the Woensel district of Eindhoven.
The church was built and consecrated between 1930 and 1931 to Our Lady of Perpetual Help. In 1972, it was withdrawn from its worship service and shortly thereafter redeveloped into a children's play palace. In the mid-nineties, the site was purchased by Fontys University of Applied Sciences, after which the former church building and the associated rectory were demolished.
