The Sint-Annakapel is the chapel of the former hamlet and current neighborhood of Heusdenhout in Breda. It is located at Heusdenhoutseweg 34. The chapel is dedicated to Saint Anna.
This chapel was founded around 1518 for the residents in the immediate vicinity, for whom attending church in Breda was too burdensome. It was heavily damaged during the Eighty Years' War. The thatched roof was replaced by a slate roof in 1581 after it was damaged during the Fury of Houtepen. In 1595, the chapel was restored once again.
