Nieuwe IJpelaar or Nieuw-IJpelaar is the name of a former monastery of the Fathers of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary located at Seminarieweg 26 in Bavel near Breda. The Fathers purchased a monumental manor house from the owner Emile de Bruyn in 1915. This was a monumental notary's residence from 1860. It had as its predecessor the house Klein IJpelaar, founded in 1834. In addition to the house, it included a coach house and a park of 9 ha. It featured a garden in English landscape style with, among other things, a pond. In 1916, the Fathers also purchased an adjacent farm with lands.
