Abcoude

Walking route Gein
starts at Stationsplein 3, 1391GS Abcoude.
Between Abcoude and Driemond, the beautiful little river Gein flows. This is a walk along the farms and windmills. You start on the north side of the river and walk back to your starting point via Gein-Zuid on the other side. Getting lost is not an option!
Just before the end of this route, you will encounter the farmers' restaurant Anna Haen.
In this green environment, fresh products from Anna Haen's vegetable garden are used for surprising dishes.
If you start in Abcoude at Stationsstraat, you can easily park your car and walk the Gein loop. The route is about 10 kilometers.
