The eastern triangle, or then the Eastern Mining Region, has now been given the new name Parkstad. There is indeed a lot of greenery in this region and also special construction of the houses where even the cracks and the skew caused by the subsidence of the underground mines are clearly visible. This tour gives a good view of the reconstruction of this region.
