To give you an impression of the power bases of yesteryear, this beautiful, sporty and educational cycle route takes you past the monasteries and castles of the municipality of Eijsden-Margraten. The route is predominantly paved. A short distance over Belgian territory is unpaved, but with a normal bicycle it is easy to ride.
