From Raymond to Camille Oostwegel and vice versa

Where Raymond used to have his pharmacy in Maastricht, "Bistrot On Top" is now located (www.bistrotontop.nl).
Where Camille used to play in Houthem, "Burgemeester Quicx, coffee & more" is now located (www.oostwegelcollection.nl/chateau-st-gerlach/restaurants/burgemeester-quicx-coffee-more).
This bike route connects both gastronomic establishments through the land-governed area (“Buitengoed Geul en Maas”), the old center of Meerssen with the Gothic basilica, and continues along the railway with the only wooden railway station in the Netherlands.

The return route leads through the beautiful nature of the Geuldal and comes up a steep climb into the Maasdal. Almost car-free, you can reach your destination at the new Oranjepark in Maastricht via De Geusselt and the Groene Loper.

Of course, you can also start in Houthem and take a break in Maastricht, which would mean the out-and-return routes are swapped.

N.B.: The route covers a small part of unpaved paths, which are, however, well navigable.
