Hike around Amsterdam East. Through Gaasperplas, Bijlmerbos along the border of Southeast and Diemerbos and Overdiemerpolder. Then through Overdiemen and along IJburg. Finally over Flevopark and Indische Buurt. A total of 18.4 km. (Winter hike) Over Diemer Polder (beautiful polder with ditches full of aquatic plants) 19.6 km. Dining options at the children's farm Bijlmerweide after 4 km and at Het Steigereiland on IJburg, after three quarters of the hike.
