This walk is named after Hans Prins who was a milestone for the walking activity in Almere. For example, he was behind the creation of the walking junction network in Almere, numerous walks and numerous walking events such as the multi-day walking tours.
The municipality of Almere and Almere City Marketing rightly wished to thank this man by giving a walking route his name. Hans had to indicate my favorite walk and you can find it here as the Hans Prins Route.
