Description

O Caixeiro is a restaurant with traditional Portuguese cuisine, with space for up to 90 guests. It also has a terrace. You will find the restaurant 3 km from São Bartolomeu de Messines. Here you can enjoy local regional dishes such as goat, wild boar and of course porco preto in a friendly atmosphere. The meal is rounded off with delicious homemade desserts such as "doce de casa", mango mousse or a delicious almond cake. Certainly on Sundays reservations are required.

In the summer of 2018, the restaurant was the subject of a short broadcast via the national channel TVI. The video link is included under the "more information" button
