A true institution in the Basque Country, Maison Pariès is the last direct descendant of the Bayonne chocolate makers.
Founded by Jacques Damestoy in 1895, the company's know-how and the excellence of its products have made its reputation, which has earned it the EFC (Entreprises Familiales Centenaires) and EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) labels.
Today, it is managed by Céline Martin Pariès.
It is a company specialized in confectionery, pastry and Basque delicacies, which offers several types of products including
basque cakes, mouchous, kanougas, macaroons, chocolates, tourons.
