Posada reconstruida según diseño del arquitecto Gaston Boghemans (Menen) por encargo de la cervecería "Les Trois Rois" en Menen, con características análogas a otras posadas diseñadas por el mencionado arquitecto, ubicadas entre otras en Boezinge, Diksmuidseweg número 402 y Pilkemseweg número 136, y en Elverdinge, Sint-Livinusstraat número 26. Casa de esquina de dos plantas en Groenestraat.
