Godelieve y su esposo inicialmente criaban ovejas por la leche. Un pastor amigo los animó a hacer queso. Ahora producen "pequeños quesos de cabra suaves", que también son bien recibidos por los neerlandeses. "Nuestra gama consta de unas diez variedades diferentes de quesos, dependiendo de las estaciones y las preferencias: con canela, miel o lavanda, con ajo silvestre o con mermelada casera de higos o frambuesas", cuenta Godelieve.
